I'll admit. I've started "tablescaping". Really does bring the catering to a different level than what the "other" guys are selling.
Now, if I could find some hotties for my waitstaff, I would be just this much closer to my idol.(country)

The great thing about catering with BBS is that I get to BBQ and (s)he does the tablescapes. It's kinda like a match made in heaven
