eek.... 1.5 hrs cookin and some of my inards (cheese, bacon, jalapeno) has leaked out... looks like i need to seal my ends better next time!!!

any one ever stuff a fatty with ABT's?? So basically make the ABT and then roll it in the fatty.

i have something similar going on... i'll post pics later... I mixed Onion, Jalapeno, Garlic, and Bacon in the skillet and cooked them together. Then I rolled it with cheese in my fatty

I smoked my first one today also...actually two. Turned out well. I went for the plain variety though. Next time I will experiment with adding the stuffings. I'm looking forward to ribs tomorrow!
