uds question
Hi i am new to smoking on my uds and to the forum. I was wondering about putting in a diffuser with holes a few inches above my firebox. I think it would work to destribute heat more even. Also about how much more fuel would i use with the pan seeing it is not directly on the fire? could i still get a 10 hour smoke out of it with the pan?
