I did these low and slow. Was anxious that the cream cheese (plain) would just flow out of the top cuts, it didn't. Had a texture half way between raw cream cheese and a decent cheese cake. Thanks for the comments and advice. The ABT holder thread was helpful as well

Looks good to me too. On my first ABTs I did not wear gloves and wiped my eyes in the middle of preparation...

. Suffice to say I learned a lesson. I'd hit those!
