Has anyone here ever used an Oyler or one of the smaller cookers from this company? If so, care to share any tips on your experience? I recently went to work for a new place in town that is still working on opening up and the boss just scored two of the big Oylers and two of the smaller 250's. WAY bigger than anything I've cooked on...

Contact Danny Gaulden... He's been using an Oyler for just about ever... Nice guy and isn't shy about helping folks.

His contact info can be found here.
