Default A new Mini is born!

As seen in Sayville, NY. This much lighter version of the original (40lbs vs 70lbs) has slightly more cooking space and functions just like the original.

This new mini has a patio configuration, larger more functional drain, flat baffle to be used also as a griddle, larger flow intake and a new improved door latch. This new model is now selling for $300 vs. the original mini's $450.

As always, it contains custom stainless grates and is fully hand made.

Great stuff Brian. I like how the second and third picture make it appear to be full size. You need to make the trailer one with an RC truck to drag it around.

He did Skip... in the oriiginal build ... way back when no-one knew who Brian was. The newest version is 'almost a spittin' image of my Lang 48... except for the fire door and the side-mounted stack.

Excellent job!

Well I do need to lighten up from the lg Spicewine. Can I get a 5lb butt on one of them without parting it? I could do brisket chunks on it lol
