so today i started my initial burn in of my uds and hopefully will have the ball rolling.

well im going to be going mostly with the plans from http://uglydrumsmoker.blogspot.com/ because the drum I found had some trash in the bottom and when I burned most of it and cleared it out I noticed it wasnt sealed on the bottom, so im going to torch the bottom out and use the top for the bottom. Ive got some friends who clean out forclosed homes here in the Sacramento area and run across webers and old grills constantly so as soon as they pick one up for me I will be moving foward...
