How many racks of ribs would you need for approximately 25 people. Mostly male, a few females.

With sides and another meat, 3 bones PP.
Only ribs, go 4 bones PP.

I'd cook 8-10 slabs depending on what the customer wanted. I'd give them the option of 3 to a rack or 2 to a rack...
