Default what would you charge?

some lady left me a message about cooking tri tip and pork spares for 40 people. I could not give her a price because my caller id did not get her number and she did not leave a number Anyway what would you guys charge for this per person, in case she calls back

Personally I would give her a figure of $7.50 to $9.50 per person for the 40 people.

Workin' a little cheap there aren't ya wolf. I wouldn't be able to get McDonalds to cater for $7.50 a person
