Today I went to racetrack Assen (populair racetrack in the MotoGP) to see my little brother (from another mother....and father) Wayne Tessels (14 y/o) in action for one of his last races this year.
Met him 2 years ago when my colleage took me to a cart track where the boy raced on pocketbikes.
I liked him from the get go and promised him that if he need something from me he just have to ask,so he asked me if I could design a logo and I did.
His Mom and Dad spend a lot of time and energy to build on his racing career and if I can help a little I will.
Now I'm getting to the "Q" point wink, his Mom does many stuff when they're on the track:timing, taking pics,etc...and making sandwiches/drinks for the people in the "hospitality/service" area.
So I brought some MOINKS with me to help her a little bit:grin:,they loved it!
Sorry but I got 1 pic of the MOINKS because they were gone soon and....you know.....the aqwardness of taking a pic of the food around people who ain't used to that....yet!
The pic of the 2 MOINKS I took when (almost) nobody was looking,I left those for Wayne in his cooler to eat tonight after the race.:-D
I want to grow with him during his career and be on his side as fan, supporter, brother, personal designer....and BBQ pitmaster!:-D
BTW,Wayne finished 2nd today, started from last position (engine difficulties during qualifying) and is 1 point behind to become this years champion in the Dutch 125cc RS Aprilia Juniorcup.
Sunday is the last race of the season.
Thanks for reading and sorry for the almost-no-food pron.
Add a bit of Brethren flavor to it and you know why I posted it here.:-D
