Sausage spreadsheets

Ok here are the spreadsheets for the a whole lot of different types of sausage, they are very user friendly. Just put in the amount of meat you have and it automatically gives you the ingredients for everything else.

A big thanks to Travis Berger for his time and recipes in putting this spreadsheet available. I hope ya'll get some use out of this thing.

Beef, if beef is already in the recipe then you could use pork, or 100% beef (usually not a good idea-to dry), or just about any meat that you want.
