Mom asked me when I was going to smoke some chicken again (translated:is there any room left to throw some legs of mine on the grill?)...I smoked her legs last Phriday.
Don't know the exact ingredients that she put in there...she blended Chinese fruit,garlic,ginger,laos,red powder(for colour),oil,salt,pepper and maybe some soy sauce.
Man that stuPh was good!!!
I expected that oPhcourse but this is the Phirst time I smoked some Phoodsz prepped by Mom.
I ate it with some leftover smoked tater dish Phrom last week.
My UDS was getting on temp when I saw that Mom had removed the skin Phrom the legs...I quickly rushed to the UDS to lock it on Low n Slow.
They layed in the UDS for about 1,5 hours.
