Went to pickup a couple things at the store and they had chicken drumsticks on sale. So I had to buy some. I know lollipops are usually made from wing drummies but what the heck.:-D

Trimmed up and ready for seasoning.

In their holder and in the MiniUDS using apple wood, temp 250*

About a 1/2 hour to go. Started basting with a mix of equal amounts of applebutter and BBQ sauce

Served them up with some maters and Mac & cheese.:-D

Looks good, Love the presentation of the two legs crossed.

Plan on doing this same thing this week sometime.
 
HaHa... That video had me grinning silly and feeling happy. Now I'm going to hear that song in my head every time I hear lollipop or see another chicken pop. :roll::eek::rolleyes:
