I use these gloves as Hot Food Handling (tearing up hot pulled pork and shredding other BBQ Meats). I also use these same gloves for hot soapy water with bleach for clean up of the food station, pots, and utensils. Pro; they are super nicely insulated. No issues with heat whatsoever. They are also a great length. Con; they are too stiff otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

I have a pair of Raichlen's that work OK, butt are super slick & hard to get off when there is any grease on them... Just ordered some Well's Lamont's, looks like they are textured around the fingers.... Thanks for the heads up!
