GFS fatties with a little rub

I mentioned the size of the fatties from GFS in other threads. The wife is making 3 gallons of biscuits/gravy for a support function. So I smoked 2-5lb fatties from Gordon Food service. She is using the drippins plus some drippins from the pork butts I smoked Sunday/Monday for the Michigan Custom Que Smoke Ninja and performed ( we also did pork n beans/smoked and some coleslaw). Anyway, here ya go for those interested in doing LARGE fatties.
