What do you do with your ashes from your cooks? Is it good for compost considering some goodness dripped in there? Garbage?

What kind of ash, briquettes, lump, or wood? Ash is a component of fertilizers. If lump or wood you can use it in compost. I wouldn't use briquette ash because of the additives.

Kingsford's ash & kelp meal (dried sea kelp) in the soil.............
5 weeks, from a 4" pot, cherry tomatoes, 5 feet wide, 6-1/2 feet tall, 100+ tomatoes......

Can't help you directly cause my ashes go into a vacuum cleaner and then into the trash. 8)
