Burgers, Hotdogs, Smoked Saugage, & Peach Cobbler(pron)

Here's what I cooked on a lurch. All turned out Pretty good.

8 cups of fresh ripe peaches

Add sugar and water and cook until thick

Make Topping

Pour Peaches into baking dish.

Drop in topping.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes until top is brown. Let cool & eat

And thats all I could do today. But darn good.
 
Looks DARN good.......hate to see what you could do if it was PLANNED!
Not sure that I have really planned anything to do with cooking. I get an ideal when walking through the store and go with it. And them peaches was calling my name something fierce.
 
Man, I wish I could make good peach cobbler. I love that stuff!

Now let me wipe the drool off the keyboard. :biggrin:
 
Made the cobbler a little to sweet for me to enjoy but a small serving. But it was very tasty.
 
Oh man........I love me some good peaches. Our local crop got nearly totally decimated due to a sudden freeze here on Easter. I hope they come back next year.
 
Burgers and smoked sausage for Breakfast. Don't get much better than that.

Thanks Brother, I don't know if anyone else likes this. But I like to throw the dogs on early on a long cook and burn them black as night. To me they just don't get any better. Unless of course one rolls into the coals and your able to dig it out. Now thats some good grub ash and all.:biggrin:
