Well, I've had my UDS up and running for a few weeks now and decided it was time for a larger cook. The wife and I invited 6 couples and their kids over on Sat night. I should have listened to some good advice and cooked butts, but I got ambitious and went for ribs, thighs & Wampus' peach bourbon beans. The food turned out pretty decent overall. The beans were a huge hit.

Sorry for the bad pics, I was running around like a madman when everything was coming off the pit.

Did the beans the night before. If you havent tried these, do. They're amazing:

Thanks Spud! We may be gone, one of the kids has a softball tournament in Ottawa next weekend. Feel free to stop over and check it out anytime. If you want to take it for a spin, just leave the Q in the fridge for me :biggrin1:
