I got inspired from the earlier weeks posting as well.
Doing spares for dinner tonight and put a scotch 6 egg fatty with sliced cheddar and mild Italian sausage on about an hour after the ribs went on. Not sure how fast it will cook, but hope it will be done before the ribs to give us some munching and then the remainder for breakfast in the AM.

Wish I had bought a third log of sausage and some eggs now. I remember that thread earlier this week but forgot while I was at the store. How was it?

Fatty looks good. Ok to still refer to wife as "Rib Girl'? Maybe thats why she won't eat this on camera, "Fattie Girl" just ain't right!:biggrin:
