Big George, your time line suits me perfectly! I've been googling around for Southern restaurants in Toronto, they are few and far between. I will find a good one or two that serve the staples eventually..... and if I don't, I'll make 'em myself!

Sorry to bug you again.

As of today, September 20, 2013, the Royal is only 15 days away.

Of course, some of us will have to leave home in order to be at the Royal several days early.

We all really do appreciate everything that you are doing.

In the long term, Quality is far more important than speed.

Please advise.
