Babbling Farker
I was hungry for a burger last night, but a french dip sounded real good too.......hmmmmm. I had the ingredients for both, but ultimately decided on a "hybrid" if you will;
seasoned the beef pattie with SM Peppered Cow. I didn't have any au jus available so made a little bowl with some Better Than Bouillon beef base, Liptons french onion soup mix and Kitchen Bouquet, came out pretty good.
Pretty simple dinner, oh, and I did throw in a few mesquite chips for the cook, simple, quick and tasty. And the Wasabi gave it a nice kick.
