**Heavy Metal Sausage**

Man, those looks good. I thought the stuffer with the gears was supposed to make it easier to stuff sausage. Nice hardware none the less. I'll be over to grab a few yards of sausage. :becky:

I was a little worried based on the thread title that you were posting pics of Ozzy's schlong. Glad to see I was wrong! Nice links!

Looks great Brian. Did you recondition your Enterprise? If so how much rust was on it to begin with. I have an 8 qt. that needs cleaned. I would like to get it looking like yours if that is possible.

Hey Bryan!

Here are some before and after pics of my Enterprise collection.

I'm seriously considering buying the chain drive gear reducer for the stuffers.

Here is a linky that got me inspired to get them working! http://jujube.typepad.com/jujube/2006/12/behold_the_saus.html Go for it!

Thanks Brian. This is what mine looks like. I'll have to get it blasted and seasoned. I also don't have the large plate and nut. Hopefully I can get mine to look like yours.

They break down pretty easy. Use some penetrating oil on all the threaded parts and crank the rack all the way up and it will release the rack screw, remove the screw on the handle and the cogs will fall out, unscrew the side bolts and you are ready to get to work.

I looked around and Lehman's had the best prices and lowest shipping fees.

I thought for sure this was going to be a musical throwdown entry. Maybe its just the primer?
