Anybody that cooks a ham using this recipe do you think it would be alright to inject the ham the night before with the sweet kiss of death injection marinade?

Knows what a fatty is.
That's what I'll be smokin Christmas and I plan to inject tommorrow night. Worked well last year.

I injected them the night before and smoked them yesterday. I think the flavor has a better opportunity to be absorbed by the meat.
