somebody shut me the fark up.
Threw a butt on late last night and pulled it off the WSM this morning. Held in FTC until lunch. I had to run to the store, and I saw some flanken style shorts on a quick sale special. I had plenty of heat left, so I put them in the smoker for an hour and finished off on the stove in a cast iron skillet. Nothing like using beef as the side dish to your pork. :loco:
