Went to the grocery store yesterday and low and behold the store brand tube biscuits were on sale for 25 cents per tube. Well! Time to give The Beast the biscuit test.

It passed with flying colors! Even with the non-insulated doors the color difference from the front to the back was small. From top rack to bottom rack there was no visible difference top or bottom. In fact I think the Spicer outperformed my regular convection kitchen oven.

Something else I learned today. If you're only using using one side of the tandem, pull out the bottom rack on the other side and you have a handy work shellf to set things!

Viva le vertical!
