Hey Brethren! Decided to share my cook from last night. I give you the Potato Cheddar Spiral Fatty! Started with a half pound each of ground round and pork, some seasonings,

Spread out on some foil and covered with shredded Yukon Gold spuds and onions and cheddar,

Rolled up into a log and draped with pig candy,

Onto the Akorn at about 350*,

Coming along nicely...

Resting... oh the waiting is the hardest part!!!

Have to say it was pretty dang tasty and a meal in itself! Thanks fer lookin!

Actually they were raw. I figured since they were shredded they'd cook down during the cook, but since my temps got higher than I had planned, cooking time was less and they were borderline. Next time I'm gonna par cook em just to be sure. It was still delicious though and they weren't raw/crunchy.
