Well I made some moink balls last weekend . No pics it didn’t happen , yep it happened. So , I would like to request my Moink Ball Certification.

Here’s the raw ingredients. Home made rub and the sauce was a mix of SBR’s and pineapple ice-cream topping.

Next out on the Weber over RO lump and some hickory chips.

I used 30% topping and could not tell it was in there. I used a stick blender to smooth it out ,it may have been better with a few hunks of pineapple . I was out of pineapple juice "I sometimes cut sauce with that" so thats where the crazzy topping idea came from. Next time I will use a rub with out salt as these were a bit salty.
