Started out with some grilled and blackened salmon topped with a horsey sauce on the smokey joe with some pearled parmesan couscous:

Followed by a Wolfe Pit Pepper Stout Beef I've seen so many of you make - this time with extra jalapenos and our delicious local Great Divide Claymore Scotch Ale which was just perfectly paired with the 3.3lb chuckie - holy &$%^$ it was spicy! :becky:

At least the Salmon was part of my series entitled F YOU HOA. I chickened out with the chuckie smoked it by the pool since it took 9 HOURS on the mini:oops:
