there aint one really!! i just melt a pack of those little chocolate cooking squares and add some heated peanut butter. then add the roasted pecans to it in a big bowl. then simply spoon them out onto some waxed paper. i like to sprinkle a little salt on them before they get cool and hard. the white chocolate works great also.
