Beef Rib pRon

Well decided to give beef ribs a shot. I must say I was not to impressed when I pulled them out of the cryo pack. 1 rack looked pretty good and the other rack just looked sad! So I rubbed them with evoo and hit em with s&p then on to the drum they went at 275. The sad ones were done first they were not the best lookin ribs but they did make for good eats!!






These were the sad ones not cut shots of the other ones they went in the fridge.





Yup they were tasty!!!

Next time I think I will try short ribs, if I can find them. I would definitely do these again though.
