spiral sliced a pork tenderloin length wise .

stuffed with Philly cream cheese , chopped spinach (frozen defrosted and strained on paper towels) and green onions .

the roll up wasn't exactly pretty . next time i'll try to either do the slice thinner and maybe pound it out .

rub was Rufus Teague's spicy . try it !

it got rave reviews from my better half :) very tasty if i do say so .

Nice. A pork loin is easier to stuff, since it is bigger. I'm impressed at your stuffing of a pork tenderloin. It looks great.
