Now that I have my large event grill I plan on doing cooks for businesses that would like to have lunch for their clients and want to do brats, metts, hamburgers and hotdogs. Does anyone do this and how do you set the price for your services.

What would "I" charge for my services? I would charge just like any catering job. Are you familiar with food costs and pricing?
 
What are those white things with hoses on the ends of the grill?
 
I am a stickburner....love my Lang but this is for brats, metts, hamburgers and hotdogs....so the cleaner (no ashes) the easier to handle the better in my book. Sold my big heavy grill and bought this easier to move around and more health dept frinedly.
