It's a little late, but by the time we were done I didn't feel like posting so I thought I'd push Monday a little farther back by posting up yesterdays cookin'.
These came off near perfect, I fiddled with the times a little and it was that perfect blend of flavor and having to tear it off the bone rather than it falling off.
Now I need to start planning for those cold day cooks, supposed to get our first real freeze tomorrow morning.

Looks real good...I may have to pull out a vacuum pack from the freezer to get me a fix. Yours look real meaty!
 
Thanks, & they were. Meaty that is, I had not seen any before like this they were the pre-vac sealed, but came out awesome. I think I want to actually do some St. Louis style next, as I keep meaning to get some but end up grabing the bb's instead...maybe just a good ole steak? I dunno.. we need a "what's your fav" poll up around here.
