It's a little late, but by the time we were done I didn't feel like posting so I thought I'd push Monday a little farther back by posting up yesterdays cookin'.
These came off near perfect, I fiddled with the times a little and it was that perfect blend of flavor and having to tear it off the bone rather than it falling off.
Now I need to start planning for those cold day cooks, supposed to get our first real freeze tomorrow morning.
