Breakfast this morning.......Cubed up some leftover point and fried it up with some diced onions and seasoned with a little more SM Pecan rub. The rest of the breakfast was pretty much the usual suspects. I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

Finished it off with fresh peaches with a little sugar and cinnamon and topped with some 1/2 and 1/2.

Damn that looks awesome! Frying up brisket in a pan with onions/peppers/whatever is probably my favorite way to eat it. I've said it before in a few other posts, but I really don't care for just regular smoked brisket. I do however love it cooked the 2nd time and think that pan char it gets is a magical thing and it is still tender as heck. I have yet to do it an also add eggs in the mix. Runny yolks are great on so many things. Thanks for the idea :grin:.
 
:clap2:perfect breakfast! Have had brisket and eggs many times. Can't beat it. BTW, those eggs are cooked perfect!
