WSM thermo mods...
Im sure it has been done, just havent seen it while searching.
Im considering adding a few large easy to read quality thermometers to the WSM at grate levels.
anyone got any pics or part numbers for something like this?
I thought of maybe drilling out a stainless bolt, or brass fitting to push the thermometers in. Any issues with brass and heat/fumes?
