I have a fuel oil tank, approx 250 gal. I plan to make it into an off-set water smoker mounted to a trailer. I have a design in mind but am certainly open to suggestions. Does anyone have any plans or design ideas?

Please be careful. People have blown themselves up cutting into fuel tanks. :shock:
