RSS BBQ is hosting our 1st Annual Backyard BBQ Class. This class is intended for the beginner or novice. It is not a competition class!!

We will cover equipment,appetizers,chicken and ribs.

It is May 21st in Flushing MI. The cost is $50.00 and includes lunch and drinks (non-alcoholic). There is a pub right next door we can visit after the class

What type of grill are you using? Is it like one grill and we're watching? Also your website is down
 
As Bruce said we will have a BWS,Weber Kettle, WSM and maybe a few others. This will be mostly presentation and not hands on, but we may ask for some help from the audience :thumb: If you need an app, and cant get to the website, just PM me here and I will get you one. Thanks!!
 
Wanted to bump this again, this is going to be a great class for the new Michigan Brethren that want to accelerate their learning curve!!
