Pearl Onions au Gratin or roasted potatoes with pearl onions.
 
If it were me, I throw in some peas and add a cream sauce. That's some good stuff.

I got those dang pearl onions for two reasons, one was I use them in My Canned Funk Stew (I am not sure, do I have that video on here somewhere.... nearly everything that goes into the stew is canned). The pther reason was creamed onions.

But thats not what this is so lower your standards. LOL.

Nuthin here but us green beans (preblanched in BS salt water) then tossed in for a sloooooooow cook.
