As the title says this is her Phirst attempt to make pulled pork.
Porkneck was rubbed with a homemade basic rub ala Noskos.
She's probably smoking on some apple...it's the only smoking wood she got laying around.:wink:
Porkneck is smoking in her MUDS for about 25 min.

Tomorrow she's coming over for a smoke session and to do some yardwork...we'll have pulled pork for lunch.:thumb:
