Grillstock baby!!!

Can't wait to catch up with you and yours Phu and do some cooking together. I just got home last night from Estonia ( Grillfest ) where I took first in ribs and first in chicken ending with third over all.

Grillstock is going to be the UK BBQ/ music event of the year!!

Scores don't matter as long as everyone around us has fun. Grillstock is a music party with BBQ madness thrown in. The competition is fierce but good natured, It's BBQ the way it should be and truly the core of the American way for family and friends to go good-timin' for a weekend.

Get yo drink on and throw down some meat baby!

Hell my socks don't even match and no one cares. HAHAHAHAHA!

It won't be long now and the party will be underway! And then a contest will break out with an amzing gathering of BBQ talent. When you are standing in Bristol talking to me, Bad Byron, John Hargate, Jackie Weight, Dr. Sweetsmoke, and Enn Tobrelets you are probably with the most diverse gathering of BBQ champions anywhere outside of Lynchburg. And I can't wait to see them all!

I'm tellin' ya man get yourself over here next year for the best BBQ festival the UK has to offer. It's still in the works but 2013 may see two events from Grillstock with one being in London.
