Couldn't Decide on the WSM or PBC so I got Both!

Thanks for all the replies! :clap: The comments really prove that the WSM and PBC both have their own characteristics. I think I'll keep it simple for my first cook and try a chicken and a rack of ribs.

I probably feel like you did a year ago and want to get to where you are now! That is success, one of the best feelings in the world to put out some good food of your own!
