Alright the time has come! Been building fires in this baby for 2 weeks gettin her good and seasoned. Now it's time to see how she cooks! Got a 16lb brisket, 2 8lb shoulders, 3 racks of baby backs, and some leg quarters fixin to go on. Pics coming soon!
 
Gonna be one helluva day there. Love the shot with the fire in the dark. Good luck with such a ambitious first cook in that baby.
 
That looks great! What size is your cooker? Do you have 2 doors? Is it double racks? Sorry for all the questions. I'm in progress of building my own smoker and yours looks nice!
 
It's 7.5 feet long and 30 inches in diameter. Firebox is 32X24X24.

The ribs were a hair undercooked. I think I'll up my temp 25 degrees and see what happens next time. Everything else is on track!
