I'm not sure I understand the air control on the firebox of the Jambos that don't have the boiler door. It doesn't look like there are any air intakes or am I wrong?

On the backyard models there is a plate that is connected by two bolts. The bolts are adjustable to move the plate closer or further away from the intake on the backyard models as far as I know. I have yet to know anyone who has adjusted it though considering you can easily control the temp by the amount of wood used and the exhaust damper.

The air intake is under aplate with 2 bolts that can be tightened to close the opening. Once the intake is set it never needs to be adjusted, all adjustments are made at the stack. And once you learn how to burn a perfect fire, no adjustments are needed at all, she purs like a kitten
