I would like to use waygu this year for competitions. There is snake river and there is a place in missouri called paradise meats. Anyone have any exp with these twoplaces?

Found some matches.
We used paradise 2 years ago and liked the results but sure didn't help out our scores. Have had better luck this last year just using regular primes. Have not tried the snake rivers but have heard good things.

I'm about 5 miles from Paradise and I was just in there yesterday. Nick is great to work with, but I have not been able to get the Wagyu briskets figured out. I am trying one of their Vintage Brand briskets this weekend.
