Liuid Concentrate Crab Boil sub?

I have a recipe for a Cajun injection for a turkey. It calls for

1 Tablespoon of Concentrated liquid crab and shrimp boil

I have powdered form of Crab and shrimp boil.

My question is how much powdered form and water can I mix to make 1 Tablespoon of Concentrated liquid crab and shrimp boil?

Is it just add One Tablespoon of powdered form and just add enough water to make it wet? Don't really want to go to the store if I don't have to.
