Since I got the new Stacker for the 22" Kettle/WSM from Cajun Bandit, I've been working it out on the Performer, and the CB center section was getting neglected and in need of a facelift.

Added an internal ash pan from a Happy Cooker kettle, two charcoal grates wired together in an # pattern for lump use, secured to the stainless steel ring.

20 Qt. stainless mixing bowl

I've got a BBQ Guru adapter ready to install with a kill plug. One Touch or Guru-best o' both worlds!

It is an "N" 1991 kettle
 
sweet. wish i could do something like that but just to tall for me.
