Receive my first shipment of seven Backwoods smokers Late June and..........one left.

and it is mine !

Finally got around to seasoning the Fatboy today along with my first cook.

Drumsticks @ 350 degrees with mix of Pecan & Sugar Maple chunks for about one hour with last 15 minutes mopped with mixture of.
Pure Maple Syrup, butter and Texas Pete wing sauce.

Very Good !

When I mop it keeps the drippings off the hot fire door which just happens to be very hard to get off.

man, everytime i see a new smoker, grill, etc, i want one. impractical as all getout but that thing is niiiiice. ok, the food looks great also.
