We Love Bacon and we love Poutine. The two together sounded great

Started with some SRF bacon on the camp chef

Good and hot to get a good sear

Make sure there is enough bacon grease with some chopped bacon

These will be bacon bits

Separated about half the bacon bits and added diced mushrooms

Gentle cook on the shrooms and into the Brawn Gravy MSD made up

I really liked this and enjoyed the additional Bacon and Parm but sure like the looks of this!

We really enjoyed this and it was plenty enough for our diner with a few pounds of steamer clams and there was enough left for some breakfast in the morning. Fries were softer but it was still Dayum good!
Thanks for Lookin!

Oh, wow.... I really want some of that, but those clams also sound divine!

I can only imagine how good that is for breakfast...

Thanks guys, we loved this stuff. Had Poutine at a new to us café and we both said we can make this, and make it better.

I am craving it again myself.

I've never had real poutine but the closest thing I have tried are Boo Fries from Acme Oysterhouse. What's the plan of attack on this plate?

beef, bacon, cheese, potatoes, and gravy. I would definitely hit it, and then take a nap:-D
