Well I use every opportunity I can to BBQ. Today, I'm BBQn' for my wife's 29th birthday. Which I dunno how many times you can turn 29 but she's going on her 7th year of turning 29. Here's the start of it, and I'll get the other pics when I'm done.
Smokin' using Apple wood, Cherry Wood, and Oak. Trying the 3-2-1.
