somebody shut me the fark up.
Last sunday Padawan scored another wok/wadjan but this time for me.:becky:
This one is all cast iron and not with enamel on the outside like Padawan's.
She also scored a cast iron pan with lid for herself...she scored both from her best Phriends parent.
They both looked seasoned,the wok could be blacker IMO so I burned it hot.
I seasoned it with some pork with much Phat on it...these I seasoned with Phoil Hat rub.
After that I mixed garlic paste,onion,oystersauce,water,oil,salt,pepper and added it to the wok.
I added some more water in the hot wok (Phwoooooosh!!!) and scraped the remains of the pork and seasoning of the inside of the wok to create a PhlavourPhul sauce.
APhter that I added the egg noodles,tomato and paksoi.
I used the stem of the paksoi as well...unlike Snoop Dogg says:"No stems,no sticks,no seeds!"
I also got some custom handmade coasters from the same people,these are the colours that I used for my interior.
